“No-show” or late cancellation appointments have a significant negative impact on our practice as well as other customers. Cancellations should be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. In an effort to attempt to make up for lost time a first time late cancel is $50 and second offense. 100% of service. Anything beyond that will require full payment of services upon booking. I definitely understand life happens!! Please be courteous of my time and others awaiting to book in that time slot.
